Ingredients
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 mature banana, peeled, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp rum or brandy
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder (please read the pudding package for
other ingredients needed, such as sugar and milk)
Method
1. Heat the oil and butter over low heat until the butter melts.
2. Increase heat to medium, fry the banana for about 3 minutes, stir occasionally.
3. Stir in honey, cinnamon powder, and then rum. Remove from heat when sugar has melted. Put aside.
4. Prepare the pudding batter as instructed on the package.
5. Add the banana sauce into the hot pudding batter.
6. Rinse puddign moulds/cups with cold water and pour in the mixture.
7. Serve chilled.
